The President of BBS Automation Chicago, Inc., Darragh Staunton, was an apprentice himself and thoroughly believes in apprenticeship programs as a long-term workforce development strategy. In his search to find the right program, the ICATT Apprenticeship Program was the only program that had the seriousness he wanted: company-specific training, an associate degree, and industry-specific certifications.

With the skills gap widening, Darragh shares how the ICATT program closes the gap, and why it’s the only program he refers to colleagues.
